So if it closes down but due to its usual volatility it was briefly up 1%, that counts as a win? And since you are signaling after the close, shouldn't it be based on the high - open or close - open rather than the high - the close 1 day ago (since that trade would be impossible to actually make without a time machine).
The reason I ask is that I am getting signals to short the ^VIX tomorrow, but that could just as easily be done AFTER a run up in the morning (preferable, actually).

Well I guess the 1% trade is over since we hit it in Ah.
A good way to play it is if I make a call before market, play a minute before close, or if I make a call ah and it's down, play for value.
The reason I have to wait is, I have to make sure volume will be up or down.
This is having a great run but if it falters 3 times in a row, I will stop posting it.
So is your Dgaz play still on for tomorrow or is that off? Would you buy here because I see Ugaz running.

The DGAZ play is to short it, and I had multiple opportunities today and kept waiting for a better entry which never came, ultimately missing out on easy money. I am not going to try to short DGAZ tomorrow - my signal system had 2 separate filters trigger short on DGAZ for the open, which would have been up about 3% at the close. I will not chase this one unless it moves back up above $6.00.
