I'm thinking that if the S&P closes above 1039 today, tomorrow will be a green day and possibly threaten the psychological barrier of 1050. If that falls the technical barriers that we bears are clinging to are violated.
Perhaps foolishly, I unloaded all of my shares of SDS, QID, DXD, and MZZ today. It was killing me slowly to watch them go lower.

Actually it closed at 5004 yesterday.
^FTSE 52-week high was only a little over 5400. Within 8% of that with today's close at 4987.
The equivalent for the DOW would be 10,610.
