Eman- why not pick a couple forest runners, use the travel guide, and work on consistency? It's working really well for me......as long as I stick with the plan......

out flat on wmt. i was trading the 15 min chart.. cross over on macd, rsi turned up from 38 , got a green candle with some wick, thought it would close near open as it has been. neverthesless, out flat, flat for the week. had bni this am for some change. short on vmed useing 60 min chart, rsi hit 76 and turned over stil had some momo. i expecting a ugly mon for some reason, should have traded xlu on a 15 min today. could have 3 round trips , linear regression calls it perfectly. anyone keeping an eye on beat or kwk ?
have a grt wkend.

Thanks for the advice..... I have been using RFR and the IBD top 100 and running filters on them....
I like to trade tight flag breakouts and bottom reversals.....

SPAR..out at $8.36...I will take 0.16 cents or $800, you do this a few times per day and it really adds up.
