On the bb(40,1.04) are you using a 1 day, 5min chart or a longer period. The typical bb is(20,2) what
is the significance of the (40,1.04) ?

richo...BB(40,1.04) will work in any time frame, I use monthly, weekly, hourly and 5-min for my analysis. I use a smaller standard deviation because it fits into my style of trading.

TWM...5-min chart printed a hockey stick, according to Dave Elliot we should have a snap back...long at $88.30 playing the snap back.

Eman...hockey stick patterns are not that reliable....we have this pattern on DRYS($6.79) today 5-11-09 with the turbo(5dma), lets see where it close today 5-12-09
