I will watch it, I think the market is at a crossroads, if the S&P breaks through 1400 we could be in for a strong run befor the crash... this seems to be documented in history the last big fall was pre seeded by a strong run. I
just hate to watch it move in the direction I was predicting and not be in. That is a safe entry to be sure.
Thanks

SDS is short the S&P, so long, in a short ETF it looks like S&P stalled a 1395 and is heading back down. getting ready to jump in.

Is it just me or with the VIX low the S&P heading to resistance 1400, consumer confidence at record lows, gas at $3.50 this thing is going down in flames? I am out of everyting right now
These are skittish time for the bears. Every time you believe the market is on the verge of death, it would invariably rear its ugly head. When the grim reports come in with very dour outlook, the market decides the turn a blind eye. Even when a company like Microsoft or Apple guides lower, the market doesn't give a damn. What can you expect when ure mama loses her house? The market is a silly bitch, as I'm told.
At any rate, today will be a make-or-break day. If we can't close above 1400, I don't think we ever will for some time to come. I'll leave the rest to ure own imagination.
