a dead giveway to a major bottom is to chech and see the block trade ratio- it has 67% buy today and at yesterday close it had a 1.2 million dollar buy- just follow the money - think sca tgic abk and mbi- look at their charts and now look at fre and fnm- we have gone through their floats since yesterdays low and now its forming what i call a t rex head near the high- which 90% of the time means a follow thru in direction the next day

? block trade ratio to my understanding is when institutions make up a majority of shares being traded for securities during a trading session..block trade portion is more than 70% of shares traded ?
